Justin Dover built his roofing career in North Georgia, starting with hands-on field work and gradually developing the systems knowledge that now defines True Hand Roofing. His experience spans steep-pitch residential roofing in the Blue Ridge mountain communities, full tear-offs and replacements in the Cherokee County suburbs, and commercial flat-roof systems — TPO, PVC, EPDM, and restorative coatings — across the region's businesses.
That breadth of background matters because North Georgia roofs are not one-size-fits-all. A cabin on a wooded Blue Ridge lot at 1,750 feet of elevation faces very different challenges than a piedmont home in Canton or Ball Ground. Justin's years in the field gave him the pattern-recognition to match the right system, material, and installation approach to each specific building.
After years of working for other contractors, Justin founded True Hand Roofing with a simple premise: the North Georgia roofing market needed a company that combined old-school craftsmanship with transparent, honest communication. Too many homeowners had stories about high-pressure sales tactics, vague estimates, or contractors who disappeared after the check cleared. Justin built True Hand to be the opposite of that experience.
Justin's role today is leading the team — hiring experienced roofers, setting installation standards, and making sure every project that goes out the door is expert-inspected and quality-guaranteed.
