Following some severe weather we had a leak in the roof of our home. We contacted the company that installed a new roof covering a year or two ago but they could not respond for a couple of weeks. We contacted Mark Simmons of True Hand Roofing. In less than 2 hours he had a foreman inspect the damage, with a crew arriving shortly after to complete the repair. They worked quickly and professionally. Completely cleaned up on completion of the work. I certainly have no problem recommending True Hand Roofing.

Company is terrific, done an awesome job. Reasonable rates. Great customer service, very professional, easy to talk to. I am very happy with my new roof.

I had a leak in my roof and reached out to a handful of area roofing contractors. I found getting a call or any response back difficult from so many of the local contractors. I found Mark through research online and he was great and a pleasure to work with. He gave me an estimate that beat the one other I actually could get to come out and I signed with True Hand. Within a few days, materials were being delivered and a crew was there to start work. The new shingle roof was installed in two days. The crew cleaned up everything and left no trace. The roof looks great and I am excited to not have to worry about my roof for a very long time. A++++

True Hand replaced the roof on my elderly aunt's house which is over 100 years old. They did a wonderful job, treated her fairly and explained everything in terms she understood. We had what appeared to be a leak coming from our roof. We called and Mark came out very quickly — much quicker than we expected! He examined our roof both outside and inside our attic and determined that the roof was not leaking. He could have gone then but he kept looking until he found the culprit. It was a slowly leaking water pipe underneath a layer of insulation! Mark was a real Godsend for two old folks.

Our home built in 1997 still had original roof. It was showing signs of needing replacing. We contacted Mark at True Hand Roofing to do an inspection. Prompt arrival and all around nice guy. He agreed roof needed to be replaced. We received a good quote and scheduled the replacement. Mark and crew arrived promptly and had the old roof off and new one on the same day. We had a leak in our metal roof and had been working with another company. They made multiple appointments and would never show up. In the mean time the roof is still leaking and we are incurring damage. I posted on a neighborhood group site that I needed help. Justin reached out to me and said he could help. He had someone come out the day I contacted him! The roof technician Moon said he could not fix it that day because he needed to order materials. As soon as the materials came in he was out to fix the roof. He did an amazing job showing pictures on top of the roof and kept us informed of everything he had to do.
