Payment and Billing

Customer Responsibilities

Warranties and Limitations

Workmanship warranties are provided as specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials.

We do not guarantee against damage caused by acts of God, misuse, or pre-existing structural deficiencies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Hand Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if payment obligations are not met, unsafe conditions exist, or misrepresentation occurs.
