This page documents how True Hand Roofing collects consent for SMS text messages, in accordance with carrier (A2P) messaging requirements.

How customers opt in

On our contact form, customers may check an optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box next to the exact disclosure shown below. The box is never pre-selected, and consent is not required to request an estimate or receive any service.

"I agree to receive SMS text messages from True Hand Roofing about my inquiry, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates. Msg frequency varies (up to ~4/month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."

SMS Consent

By checking that box, customers consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to:

  • Inquiry responses and project scheduling and updates
  • Appointment reminders
  • Service notifications
  • Billing communications

Message frequency varies (up to approximately 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing — see our Privacy Policy.

Email Consent

Customers who submit contact forms or request estimates consent to receive email communications regarding:

  • Estimate and proposal information
  • Project updates and completion notices
  • Follow-up and customer service communications
